I plan to add much more to this page as I get further along.  For now, wanted you to have the email link from the hotel so that if you are an early planner, you can make your reservations now.  And after looking at the link, the pictures are already there!

There is a $75 deposit for those bringing dogs.  The hotel will inspect your room before checkout, and if there has been no damage, you will get your $$ returned.

There is also a daily parking fee that  the hotel has reduced by half.  The new rate, then, is $8 per vehicle per day.  If you come in on Tues and leave on Sun, the fee would be less than $50.

The single/double rate is $95 and the triple/quad rate is $105  Be sure you get these rates and that they are under the HCA block.  Booking under our block makes it possible for the hotel to give us the ballroom, etc at low to no cost, so it is very important we keep our numbers within this block.

    She also said the hotel has a complementary airport shuttle that could pick us up and take us there when flying into the SFO airport. If we wanted privacy, we could take a taxi for around $28 for one way transport to or from the hotel. Car rental was not necessary in her opinion. She also said the shuttle would take us to BART transport system for local sight seeing if desired, kind of like last year in Chicago. The hotel did have a buffet breakfast available for those interested in a hot breakfast. The cost she said was $15 per person per day Monday-Friday.
